Kusala Bhikshu, A BUDDHIST-CATHOLIC MONASTIC ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
A recently produced ten-minute video of the ceremony concluding Gethsemani III, a Buddhist-Catholic encounter on monasticism and the environment that was held at Gethsemani Abbey (Kentucky) in 2008. The ceremony took place at the hermitage of Thomas Merton.

Nicholas Scrimenti, FROM DEUS IN ADIUTORIUM TO MARANATHA: COLONIALISM AND REFORM IN JOHN MAIN’S HINDU ENCOUNTER
Through historical reconstruction and contextual analysis, this study suggests that the conditions of colonial Malaya were particularly favorable to the type of inter-religious encounter undertaken by John Main and Swami Satyananda, and that Main may be more indebted to Swami Satyananda than has previously been recognized.
